Hospital Initial Outfitting, Transition & Activation (IOT&A) Services
BIDRA's Award-Winning Initial outfitting, Activation and Transition (IOA&T) services start with planning for future operations of an expanding or relocating facility. This is done through the development of Concepts for Operations (CONOPS) Plan; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) planning; relocation of reusable equipment; staffing; space allocation; employee and equipment training; workspace orientations; and plan execution.
BIDRA's IOA&T Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will help the customer develop plans for new equipment, staffing, acquisition, and training. Our SMEs will then provide services for the movement of resources (staff, equipment, accessories, medical records, files, and supplies, etc.) from current locations to the end state locations.
